- We wanted to ensure a gentle, non-burning, "tear-free" formula so we first tested on ourselves (employees) and only afterward on our little ones. Our formula does not contain any eye-numbing agents and instead contains a very gentle blend of cleansers and moisturizers. If you notice any discomfort, it's possible that these cleansers are attempting to clean the mucus from the eyes. This could result in some friction and, therefore, discomfort. It is typically very short-lived and can be taken care of by rinsing the eye with a small amount of fresh water.

This baby shampoo and body wash left my toddler's hair feeling the softest and shiniest it's ever been, and smells amazing! I registered for this soap as we love and use Puracy products around our house. We switched over to this soap after our hospital supply ran out and that’s when our baby started getting grumpy about bath time. I tried the soap out for myself today on my face and it is definitely not tear free- it made my eyes sting for several minutes. The soap does a fantastic job of cleaning, leaves my baby’s hair soft and smells great but I’ll have to find something actually tear free for baby bath time. I’ll use it for adult body wash because the smell is great.

We first tested on ourselves (employees) and only afterward on our little ones. We made many revisions before labeling our product as tear-free. Our formula contains a very gentle blend of cleansers and moisturizers, but if a concentrated amount gets in your eyes, the cleansers will try to clean the surface which can cause some discomfort.
