Puracy Natural Dishwasher Detergent is a grease-cutting, spot-free, automatic dishwasher detergent made from plant and mineral-derived ingredients.
To create our third-generation automatic dishwasher detergent formula, we took a unique approach. First, we hired a chemist who only develops dishwasher products. We gave him clear instructions to produce the best-performing formula using only naturally derived ingredients –with no cost barriers.
Once he developed the formula, we sent it to two dozen of our unhappiest customers from our first- and second-generation dishwasher formulas. This unique approach gave us the chance to achieve real-world testing with diverse water types, dishwasher models, and realistic usage (not something studied in a lab setting). Directions
- Scrape, don't rinse, food from surface and load dishwasher. Ensure items are not touching.
- Make sure hands are dry.
- Insert one pack into dishwasher soap dispenser (1 pack = 1 load).
- Reseal pouch after each use for freshness.

I am a fan of puracy but I didn’t have the best experience with the dish soaps. I found the dish soap didn’t clean as well as I would have liked. It required a lot of soap to clean anything. Took 2 weeks to plow through a whole bottle. The dishwasher pods seem to work ok. Except that it advertises that there are “no spots” even with the hardest water. That is definitely false. We have hard water, and our dishes are always covered in hard water spots and streaks after washing.

These work really well and I was so excited to get them but a lot of the pods are all stuck together. When I try to separate them all the pods start tearing. Just a little frustrating logistically.

The mfgr recommended pods/rinse aid was leaving soap **** and soap specks. Tried various things/clean filtesr/run clean cycles but often same results. Very glad we tried this. Now we are not getting any soap ****, or soap granules left over. Have done about 8 loads so far. Our dishwasher is Adora GE model ddt595smj2es Pros: Works great Cons: Doesn't come with it's own study container that you can keep pods under the sink. I, therefore, had to re-used my old container.

I have stopped using the harsher dishwasher detergent pods in favor of these ones. They work just as well if not better, have no strong chemical scents that are left behind on the dishes, and I haven’t seen any residue on my glasses or flatware. And they are better for the environment, I love these pods and will continue to buy them!
